Clinical Supervision in Stourbridge

Clinical supervision is essential professional practice for counsellors and therapists. It provides a confidential, boundaried space to explore your current work, develop your skills, and receive support as you navigate the complexities of therapeutic practice.

I offer individual supervision from an integrative perspective, drawing on the seven-eyed model and relational approaches. This means we explore not just what happens in the therapy room, but the wider context—your professional relationships, organisational dynamics, and your own responses as a therapist.

My Experience

I bring extensive clinical experience across diverse settings:

  • Private practice working with adults across a range of presentations
  • NHS primary care and specialist psychological services
  • Education, including work with young people in complex circumstances
  • Trauma-informed and relational therapeutic approaches
  • Postgraduate study (MSc Psychology, Mental Health and Wellbeing)

What We'll Explore Together

  • Case work: therapeutic dynamics, your interventions, and clinical decision-making
  • Your practice as a therapist: your style, challenges, growth edges, and professional confidence
  • Ethical and professional issues: safeguarding, boundaries, record-keeping
  • Self-awareness: how your own history and responses shape your work
  • Wellbeing and sustainability in practice

Who Supervision is For

Qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists, private practitioners, and those managing complex work—anyone seeking reflective, collaborative supervision with someone who values depth and understands the reality of independent practice.

Important Note

I am currently completing my supervisor training and working towards my required practice hours. I'm happy to discuss my training status and how it fits with your supervision needs.

If you're looking for a supervisor who brings clinical experience, professional learning, and a collaborative approach, I'd welcome a conversation.
